Terms & Conditions

Effective and last updated: 13 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dominando, a Tibia guild operations service with Discord authentication, spawn claims and queues, events, transfer monitoring, hunting lists, and configurable notifications. By using the site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must authenticate with a valid Discord account and comply with Discord's Terms of Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord credentials and session tokens.
  • Each Tibia character can be linked to only one Discord account at a time.
  • You must be at least 13, meet Discord's minimum age for your country, and satisfy any higher local age or parental-authorization requirement.

2. Description of Service

Dominando provides:

  • Discord OAuth login and multi-character linking.
  • Group creation, membership management, and role controls.
  • Server-save spawn scheduling, claims, queues, and personal claim history.
  • Members, events, world-transfer monitoring, hunting lists, online status, and purpose-specific Discord channels.
  • Discord bot commands, private responses, live boards, alerts, and an optional visual Activity.

Features may evolve as we add premium options; any future paid upgrades will be clearly labeled.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent your identity, characters, or group ownership.
  • Reverse engineer, probe, or overload the service.
  • Send abusive, illegal, or automated traffic to Discord or Dominando endpoints.
  • Use Dominando to harass other players or violate Tibia/Discord rules.

4. Group Owners & Administrators

  • Owners are responsible for approving members, setting roles, and configuring bot-owned Discord destinations.
  • Admins may manage claims, members, and the group settings explicitly available to their role.
  • You must be authorized to link each Discord server and use the channels you select.
  • You must have a lawful reason to add information about other people or characters, provide required notices, keep it accurate, and respond to legitimate correction/removal requests.

5. Free Service & Future Paid Features

Dominando's current coordination workflows are free. If optional paid features are introduced later:

  • They will be clearly labelled before purchase or activation.
  • Pricing, scope, renewal, and cancellation terms will be shown before commitment.
  • No current free workflow will be described as paid unless the product and these terms are updated first.

6. Monetisation & Supporter Contributions

Dominando is free to use. To keep the service sustainable we are transparent about every way we monetise:

  • We accept optional Tibia Coin transfers or in-game payments (e.g., to the character Mihert) for concierge setup and extended group capabilities.
  • We accept voluntary donations (currently Tibia Coins and in-game items; fiat payment processors may be added later and will be announced before launch).
  • We do not run ads, crypto miners, view-botting widgets, or hidden monetisation flows.
  • Any future sponsorships or paid upgrades will be documented both on the landing page and inside the app.

If you have questions about payments or donations, contact us before contributing.

7. Moderation & Behaviour Standards

  • Owners/admins must moderate their groups using the provided controls, including member removal, claim correction, and Discord destination changes.
  • Spamming, hate speech, harassment, or linking to malicious content is forbidden in group descriptions, claim notes, event details, or Discord messages sent through Dominando.
  • We reserve the right to suspend groups or users that ignore repeated moderation requests.
  • Helpers or co-admins you appoint remain your responsibility; choose people you trust.

8. Tibia Rules & Legal Compliance

  • No trading of Tibia accounts, characters, or items for real-life money through Dominando.
  • No promotion or distribution of cheat tools, macros, or illegal software. Any download you host must clearly state it is not created by CipSoft.
  • Screenshots or notes may not contain cheat advertisements or links to rule-breaking services.
  • When sharing rumours or unconfirmed data you must label it as such; you are responsible for the information you publish.

Violations of Tibia Rules can result in removal of content or suspension from Dominando.

9. Discord Bot Notifications

When you select Discord channels you permit the installed Dominando bot to send the corresponding group updates there. You are responsible for:

  • Granting only the channel access needed for the workflows you enable.
  • Ensuring your Discord server members consent to receiving automated notifications.
  • Removing or changing a destination when its audience or purpose changes.

We do not monitor your Discord servers and cannot retrieve messages once delivered.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect users, legal rights, or the service. You may stop using Dominando at any time by logging out, deleting linked characters, leaving groups, or making a privacy deletion request. Group ownership may need to be transferred before an account can be fully removed so that other members are not locked out.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Dominando is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or particular in-game results and are not responsible for missed hunts or in-game actions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a consumer guarantee, privacy right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

12. Audience Measurement & Updates

Dominando is an independent fan project and is not currently listed as a supported or promoted Tibia fansite. With consent, we keep aggregate monthly audience reports for internal service improvement and possible future application evidence. We do not currently send these reports or visitor identifiers to CipSoft. If Dominando is accepted into an official programme and recurring reporting becomes applicable, we will update our public notices before that reporting begins.

We may update these Terms or modify features. Material changes will be announced in the app or Discord before they take effect where reasonably practicable or legally required. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued statutory rights. If you do not agree to a material change, stop using the service and contact us about account closure.

13. Privacy and Data

Our Privacy Policy explains controller identity, data categories, lawful bases, sharing, international transfers, retention, security and privacy rights. Our Cookie Policy explains strictly necessary storage and optional audience measurement. Group owners and admins must not use Dominando to publish excessive, unlawful, defamatory, unverified, or sensitive personal data. Hunting-list cases must be factual, proportionate, relevant to legitimate group coordination, and corrected or removed when appropriate.

14. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without excluding any mandatory consumer, privacy, or data-protection law that applies to you. Courts in Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction, meaning you may retain a right to bring a claim in another forum where mandatory law allows it.
