Open the app and choose Login with Discord.

Discord shows the requested permission. Dominando asks only for identify—your Discord ID and basic profile.

Approve the login and return to Dominando. Your Discord password is entered only on Discord and is never sent to Dominando.

Open your profile menu and choose Add Another Character. Enter the exact Tibia character name.

Next to an unverified character, choose Verify ownership and copy the displayed code.

Add that code to the character’s public comment on Tibia.com, save it, wait a few minutes for the data to refresh, then choose Check verification.

Choose Join group, or open the invite link sent by the group owner.

Select one of your linked characters, enter the six-character code, and choose Join group.

To start a new group instead, choose Create group, enter its name, and select the owner character. Dominando verifies the character and uses its current Tibia world.

Open a group and choose Spawns.

Search by spawn or monster, then narrow the results by required level, XP/hour, or profit/hour.

Use the pin button to keep up to five hunting grounds at the top of your results. Pins belong to your Discord account and stay the same across linked characters and groups.

Review local-time availability, monsters, vocations, and estimates. Choose Open schedule on the spawn you want.

Use Prev, Next, or This week to move through the schedule.

SS+02:30 means two hours and thirty minutes after the latest server save. Dominando anchors server save at 10:00 in Europe/Berlin, including CET/CEST daylight-saving changes.

Colored blocks are existing claims. Empty future cells with a + are available to reserve.

Open the spawn schedule and choose the + at your desired start time.

Confirm the displayed local date and time, then choose a duration from 0.5 to 3 hours.

The new colored block appears immediately, and the same shared claim record refreshes the configured live board and spawn Forum.

To shorten a claim, open its schedule and choose the × on the first or last 30-minute block.

Choosing a middle block removes that 30-minute period and splits the remaining time into two claims.

To delete everything, open My Claims from the character menu or the Spawns page, find the reservation, choose Cancel, and confirm.

Check whether another claim already covers the slot or your chosen duration crosses into it.

If your character is unverified, keep the full claim inside the current server-save day or complete ownership verification.

Check the daily limits plus your upcoming inventory. By default, one Discord account may hold 14 upcoming claims, 42 reserved hours, and 14 claims for one spawn across all linked characters.

There is no maximum future date for verified characters. Finished or cancelled claims release inventory immediately, and an owner or admin can configure higher limits for a custom role.

Open Members, then search or filter by an exact role and verification state. Owners appear first, followed by admins, custom-role priority, and members.

Choose View activity for linked characters, current/upcoming claims, and five recent finished claims. Choose Manage for permission-aware role, ownership, and removal actions.

Use Manage roles to create and reorder custom labels. In Group settings, configure daily hours, upcoming claims, upcoming reserved hours, same-spawn claims, and whether a higher-priority role may pre-empt a lower one.

Under Installed servers, choose a bot-visible text channel for the live spawn board. The board edits one message instead of posting claim spam.

In foldable Operations settings, choose the hunted-character online-alert channel. When creating or editing an automatic transfer rule, choose its alert channel independently.

Open Group Settings → Discord setup and review the live board, spawn Forum, and event feed for each linked server.

Use Operations modules for hunted-online delivery and each transfer rule for its own reviewer channel. Dominando stores the exact guild and destination.

Choose Events inside a group, or browse public events, then open an event’s details.

Members choose a linked character and role to sign up before the deadline. The character’s world must match the event.

Owners and admins can create events, set timing and pricing, review participants, update acceptance/payment status, and cancel an event if plans change.

Open Group Settings → Operations settings. Expand Access and visibility and enable the Transfer desk, Hunting list, or both for the intended audience.

For incoming transfers, add automatic rules by source world, level range, vocation, and fee policy. Discovered characters become obligations with status, deadline, payment, and audit history.

For the hunting list, add a Tibia-validated character, reason, and alert priority. Dominando verifies the character daily and tracks live online state while the case remains active.

Expand Automation and enforcement to enable online alerts or block actively hunted characters from claims and queues. Changes save automatically after a short delay.
